This course is FREE on the Train to Gain contract
This NVQ is designed for team leaders who are primarily concerned with motivating their team members and achieving agreed outputs, with limited authority for deploying resources. Flexibility is achieved through optional units which complement the four mandatory units designed to develop the core competences needed by today's team leaders. This qualification recognises their ability to apply knowledge and skills to perform effectively and bring tangible benefits to their sponsoring organisation.
Candidates must be working in the appropriate environment but there are no other formal entry requirements.

Course overview
This online course uses text, audio, graphics, case studies and interactive
exercises to help Learners evaluate and improve their customer skills.
Learners can complete the course in their own time and at their own
pace, but it should take a Learner approximately 7 hours to complete
the entire online section in a single sitting. The extra activities
should take another 8 hours of study time
There are seven modules - all carried out on-line - to
study before completing a questionnaire designed to demonstrate your
knowledge.
What next?
Once a Learner has completed the course, they can move on to other learndirect
courses relating to teamleading, sales, personal development and
productivity. A resources section within the course provides information
on key topic area and links to websites that Learners can visit to find
additional information.
